Dr Richard Cooper


Richard Cooper is a senior lecturer in Public Health at the School of Health and Related Research and is also a registered pharmacist. His research and publications span a number of areas and include medical sociology, ethics in healthcare and the supply and misuse of medicines. He is a mixed methods researcher with a particular interest in qualitative approaches and leads the HAR6531 Qualitative Research Design and Analysis module. He also teaches widely across the Master of Public Health degrees and the MBChB degree. He is interested in supervising PhD students in any of the research areas mentioned.
